Hybrid working; 3 days in office

Up to £100,000 per annum plus bonus and bens

Network HR are representing a high touch, global Investment Bank who are seeking a determined and ambitious Reward specialist to join a fast-paced and dynamic Comp team.

This role will see you work closely with the Reward Director on day-to-day work aligned to the high-touch and strategic elements of the EMEA Reward scope as well as BAU day-to-day management which will include but won’t be limited to:

- Data modelling

- Management planning of comp cycles

- Regulatory reporting with support from the MI team

- Step up into Director role when current incumbent is absent

- Support with key projects such as; performance management, incentive plan design and wider geographical support

The Benefits Consultant will need the following skills and experience:

· Self-starter attitude with the ability to work successfully in an autonomous environment

· Must have prior experience working within Financial or Professional Services, ideally an SME environment

· Ability to demonstrate experience of the annual rem cycles

· Confident and effective communication

This position will see you join a complex, fast paced SME that, is on a positive growth trajectory and will in turn require a strong and proactive Reward specialist.
