Are you passionate about forging strong business relationships and driving growth? With at least five years of hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management, this role is tailored for a professional who thrives in the realm of private market management. Your background may include working with a global institutional manager, a placement agent, or as an investment consultant, where your expertise in product strategy has been honed and tested.

This position is a perfect match for an individual who enjoys a variety of tasks and possesses sell-side experience, possibly gained within an investment banking capital placement agent or a bank-owned manager. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage relationships with existing investors: provide prompt and comprehensive responses to ad hoc queries, provide regular investment updates and business updates and arrange meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively develop relationships with new investors and contribute to capital raising: identify and segment investors by channels e.g. pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies etc in different geographies and develop an outreach programme to relevant prospects.
  • Develop customised presentations that showcase the firm's capabilities, differentiators and track record to investors, consultants and fund selectors. Develop and co-ordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals and other materials for a VDR

In return, the firm offers a platform where your strategic input will be valued and your achievements recognised. You'll be working alongside industry experts within an environment that fosters professional growth and development. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of a company that's at the forefront of its field.
