Window Cleaner - Voids

Reed Coventry are working closely with a Housing Association to appoint a Voids – Window Cleaner to join their team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s most trusted Social Housing providers. (Potential cover in Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford)

Responsibilities

  • Working in a voids cleaning team based in Coventry
  • Cleaning void properties and cleaning up bio hazards
  • Cleaning new build properties
  • Cleaning tenanted properties who have vulnerabilities
  • Pat testing the equipment
  • Window cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Must have previous experience in this area of work
  • Ability to clean to a high standard
  • Professional
  • Need to be a team player
  • Ability to work flexibility across the mobile teams
  • Must be trained to BICs standard or willing to be trained
  • Have a basic understanding of Health & Safety in a cleaning environment
  • Have biohazard experience and void cleaning experience
  • Ideally hold a valid full and clean UK Driving License

This role is temporarily up to 12 weeks with a possible extension. You will be expected to work:

Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm

Fridays 7am-2:30pm

Weekend work included with a rota of 5/7 days if required

You can be expected to be paid £11.44 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience (Umbrella only)
