Visual Merchandising Manager
Futures are excited to be working with a premium FMCG business who have a full portfolio of market-leading brands within premium fragrance and beauty.
The business has been established for over 30 years and is a privately owned, family run business. They have a super relaxed, down to earth and autonomous culture as well as being super interactive and a lot going on with regular social events!
They partner with the likes of ASOS, Boots, Beauty Bay, Fenwick, Flannels, Feel Unique, John Lewis, Selfridges and THG.
We are looking for an experienced, Visual Merchandising Manager on a 12 month FTC.
Key Duties & Responsibilities of a Visual Merchandising Manager:
- Manage a team of 5 in-store Merchandisers and a Visual Merchandiser Executive
- Organise the team rotas and workload, identifying priority stores to visit
- Take ownership of compliance audit and reporting, to ensure brand consistently is kept throughout
- Set the annual programme & budget in conjunction with Marketing
- Manage relationships with Brand Owners, Store Manager's and Suppliers
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director to executive key projects and permanent instalments from start until completion
Key Skills & Experience of a Visual Merchandising Manager:
- Experience of operating at Visual Merchandising Manager level
- Knowledge and an interest within Premium Fragrance/Beauty
- Strong people management experience
- Creative marketing edge
- Happy to travel on a weekly basis
- Ability to motivate, ambitious and strong attention to detail
