VIP Account Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding global marketing agency at the forefront of the iGaming industry?

We're on the lookout for a self-motivated Account Manager with a background in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casinos to manage my client’s growing VIP Spanish & Portuguese speaking customer base focusing on account growth, retention and customer satisfaction.

Based in London, the role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), with the option for up to four weeks of remote work abroad annually.

A great benefits package is available including the option of working remotely abroad for up to four weeks a year!

Please note, we can only consider fluent Spanish speakers for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide top-tier service by engaging with clients via phone, email, and Whatsapp, with occasional in-person client events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, liaising with internal departments to address issues and ensure exceptional service.
• Develop tailored promotional offers and analyse campaign performance.
• Participate in team meetings to share market insights and contribute to brand success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within the iGaming/online casino industry
• Fluent in Spanish, proficiency in Portuguese advantageous.
• Knowing Portuguese language will be an advantage.
• You’ll have a track record of building strong relationship with customers.
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends) to accommodate VIP clients' needs.
