Role Overview

We are looking for a outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our North Cornwall Sales team as a viewing assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet prospective purchasers and clients at the properties for viewings.
  • To cover anywhere from Newquay to Bude and inland.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills Representative.
  • Have a good understanding of the property market.
  • Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
  • Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
  • To have knowledge and experience of the North coast of Cornwall.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

Team Overview

You will be joining an extensive team who are all property passionate, we specialise in prime costal and rural country houses.
