The Role

The Vetting Advisor will work as part of a team that manages our vetting process for new and existing Educators in an efficient and timely manner, and in compliance with internal and external best practice and legal recruitment guidelines.
The successful candidate will be used to working in a professional, quality-driven environment and will able to demonstrate excellent administrative and customer service skills and a very high level of attention to detail.

  • To ensure that all teaching and support staff across the Educator Talent Solutions Division are thoroughly vetted and fully compliant in line with legal, best practice and organisational compliance requirements.
  • To support the Vetting Manager in co-ordinating and upskilling a team of Vetting Administrators to ensure the department is meeting the needs of the business whilst maintaining quality.


This role is critical in making sure the business recruits and deploys educators in an efficient way that doesn't compromise quality and maintains a culture where keeping children safe is at the forefront.

  • Enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
  • Experience within a compliance or vetting role would be desirable
