Leading Cyber-Security and Networking Consultancy are a IT Distribution specialist and are looking for candidates from the IT Distribution space to join the team and work as a Vendor Account Manager.

The Vendor Account Manager role is a part funded head and will work with a Networking focused manufacturer targeting existing reseller partners, exploring business opportunities, and creating brand awareness.

Whilst the role will be targeting existing partners the successful applicant must be new business focussed and demonstrate determination to build new contacts, meet clients face to face and provide expert guidance on your vendor product set.

This is the perfect opportunity for an internal sales candidate looking for a higher level of client contact

To apply the successful Vendor Account Managers will require the following:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience within the IT Distribution space.
• Reseller or Manufacturer experience also considered if from a networking or security background.
• New business approach with experience bringing on new business contacts.
• A clear understanding of working with a range of IT reseller partners preferred.
• Full driving license

The Vendor Account Manager will work from a large database of customers as mentioned and will be required to be in the office or on site 3 days a week and attend vendor training when required.
