Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Technician
Location: Sittingbourne ME10 3DN
Salary: £30,000 per annum + £8,000 OTE
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for our operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform vehicle inspections and identify potential faults or hazards
Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Keep accurate records of service and repairs
Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet service deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician
Certification in vehicle maintenance and repair (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle systems
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
