Vehicle Technician

Are you looking for a new challenge! We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to work at a very reputable and well-known Dealer Group in the Salford Area. You will be working with an amazing team and for a business who are truly passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent role with great earning potential and benefits package. This role has an immediate start paying GBP33,656 depending on experience with a realistic OTE on GBP44,656. Previous experience is essential for this role, and you must be at least level 3 qualified. The role requires an excellent communicator both over the telephone and face to face, with a hands on approach and a problem-solving outlook.
What will you be doing as a Vehicle Technician?

• Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work with customers to discuss required repairs
• Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters
• Repairing or replacing components as required and calculating the expected time and cost of vehicle work
• Performing service checks, fitting and servicing vehicle accessories, including immobilisers, alarms and stereos
• Road testing vehicles to test repair work
• Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

• Must be Level 3 qualified at least
• Be able to work as part of a brilliant team, show determination and dedication
• Customer focused
• If you are a qualified MOT Tester, you have the potential to earn more

• A salary of GBP33,656 - GBP44,656 depending on experience, with MOT Testers earning 50p per hour extra
• Between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
