Experienced Service Advisor with a commercial dealership, garage, workshop or VMU background required for a family run business in Cardiff.

Salary c.£30'100 per annum depending on experience.

The role:
- Mainly office hours Monday to Friday at basic rate (0830-1700)
- Every other Saturday on overtime (0800-1200)
- Call handling, quoting, creating job cards, customer service, IT skills mandatory
- Dealership system such as Kerridge, Autoline, ADP etc ideal

The ideal candidate:
- May have commercial dealership experience working as a Parts Advisor or Service Advisor
- Might have worked in a Service Department within a workshop, garage, VMU or vehicle store
- Could have experience working with HGV Technicians
- Should have minimum experience working within a customer service role in a car dealership
- Can demonstrate a solid CV history and be able to provide references from management / team leaders
- Would be flexible, adaptable, approachable, customer focused, outgoing and a team player
- Must be able to drive and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Will demonstrate good work ethic and have customer service at the forefront of their mind at all time
- Can communicate clearly and effectively by phone, email and in person
- Might come from a transport planning background and have an understanding of vehicle maintenance, service and/or repair
- May be seeking an opportunity for career development opportunities rather than staying stagnant in one position
