Enterprise is excited to announce the opportunity for a Vehicle Quality Assessor to join our team based in Southampton.

The role of the successful candidate will be to uphold our vehicle standards, take images of damaged rental vehicles/assets, conduct safety and functionality checks of ancillary equipment. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to follow specific processes and procedures.

Salary

  • £24,000.00 per annum
  • Performance-related annual reviews increase

Hours

  • 40 hours
  • 07:30 to 16:30
  • Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • To ensure effective audit of check-in and damage check of vehicles arriving at the depot, and inter-depot movements
  • To carry out the depot check-in and fault/damage inspection of vehicles with ancillary equipment. e.g. tail lifts, etc. Report any faults or damage to management for review by the workshop
  • Ensure that high standards of all vehicles going on hire are maintained via regular spot checks
  • Be aware of the status of all vehicles and maintain high quality record keeping
  • Check all vehicles going out on rent to match the specification and items that have been requested

Qualifications

  • Full UK/ EU Driving licence - Beneficial to have a current UK CE or C Driving Licence (formerly Class 1 & 2) - maximum of 6 points
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and telephone skills
