Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced VDA for our Automotive client based in Aylesbury.
The overview of the Vehicle Damage Assessor is to be responsible for creating accurate repair assessments in line with published and current repair methodology also ensuring that they are fair reasonable and fully justified. You must also build and maintain positive and effective relationships with engineers, customers, colleagues, and technicians.
Salary: up to £40,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm
Duties:
- Create accurate right-first-time repair assessments.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Audatex.
- Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts.
- Hold strong communication skills with both internal and external customers, this will include entering accurate records
- Proactive in identifying areas of improvement for the Company and its processes.
Requirements:
- VDA experience
- Knowledge of Audatex
- Able to work as a team and have excellent communication skills.
