Package:

• Salary is £36k
• A monthly profit share bonus
• Company Car
• 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28

Job Role: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for maximising Paint & Body Centre profitability through sales. Maximise customer awareness of all available Paint & Body Centre and Retailer services. Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration. Help the Paint & Body Centre and Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.

Develop and network relationships with existing clients and new.

Experience:

• Background of VDA role
• Use of Audatex and or Glassmatrix Systems
• Sales & Negotiation Techniques
• Customer Service experience
