VAT Manager

LHH are working with a leading advisory organisation, they are looking for a VAT Manager to join their growing VAT Consultancy team. If you have expertise in providing indirect tax advice, a desire to contribute to the continuous growth of their corporate VAT offering, and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities for this VAT Manager role will include:

• Prepare and review complex VAT returns and annual adjustments.
• Undertake VAT health checks and provide advice.
• Work with clients on their liability and property issues.
• Assist with team learning and contribute to team publications.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and continue to develop relationships with client adviser's.
• Deliver training for both clients and internal staff.

Your key skills for this VAT Manager will include :

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or AIIT qualified or potentially qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in providing VAT advice on transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of VAT issues in the corporate sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
