Are you an experienced VAT specialist looking to work for a top UK practice with some of the best benefits in the market, including, ultra flexible working arrangements, up to 38 days holiday and up to 13% pension contributions?

As a VAT Assistant Manager you will be joining an established close-knit team of VAT professionals as well as have access to a wider tax team and support staff.

The team has a wide and varied client base which means there will be guaranteed exposure to different clients and a range of technical matters.

The successful individual is like to possess the following:

  • Experience of VAT across sectors and a good understanding of VAT principles, as well as confidence to manage client engagements
  • A commercial outlook when delivering advice, whilst spotting opportunities to develop new business
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to put technical jargon in layman terms
