Van Driver/ Relief HGV Driver

In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be required to make multi drop deliveries to our customers in a transit van. When not driving you will also be expected to:-
• Assist customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Load and unload vehicles
• Pick and check orders
• Store stock safely
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
• Covering the driving of the LGV vehicles as required
• This role will require working alternate Saturday mornings
• You will also be covering in the yard as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
• A Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Building industry knowledge would be an advantage
• A Class 2 and a full CPC Licence is essential.
• HIAB (Crane) experience would be essential for this role.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis so we are looking for someone that:
