Are you an experienced Property Valuer? Are you looking for a new challenge with an award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent that have offices across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire ? Our client offers a brilliant working environment in their busy St Ives office where the prospect a of a great long term earning potential is on offer.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in valuations, with a high conversion rate on winning business. Current market knowledge as well as local knowledge is preferred.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary and benefits for the Valuer position include:

  • Basic: £24,000 to £26,000
  • OTE: £40,000+
  • £3,600 car allowance
  • Great long term earning potential
  • Mon to Fri working every other Saturday with a day back in lieu

The Skills and Experience needed for the Valuer position include:

  • Must have previous experience dealing with valuations.
  • Local market value knowledge preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the sales process within property
  • Very well spoken and presented
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Proven track record in hitting targets
  • Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

The role of the Valuer position will include the following:

  • Meeting with clients in their homes and conducting valuations
  • Possessing excellent negotiating skills
  • Deal with a high volume of market appraisals
  • Keeping up to date with market value
