Valuer/Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing Award Winning independent Estate Agency in Barking, they are currently looking for a Self-Employed Valuer to join their friendly team.

This exciting and fast paced role will require an already established Estate Agency professional that has the ability to go out and win new instructions and has a proven track record in valuation to instruction.

The ideal candidate will stand out from the competition and will be a key player in the companies continued growth within the local area.

Some responsibilities but not limited:

·Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
·Working to set targets
·Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing and property valuations
·Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face
·General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

·2/3 years valuation experience
·Target driven attitude
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
·Polite and well presented
·Confident, resilient and enjoy a healthy and fun competition with colleagues
·The right attitude and values are key to this role
·Local knowledge would be desirable
·Full UK driving licence and own car essential

Salary £30,000 pro rata guarantee for first 4 months

OTE a realistic £100,000
