A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join a market leading multi-office Independent Agent covering Derbyshire. They have a brilliant reputation for fantastic customer service and local area knowledge. As a Valuer, you will play a crucial role in the continued success by valuing and instructing properties to the market. You will be responsible for accurately assessing the market value of residential properties, providing expert advice to clients, and effectively managing property listings to ensure optimal market exposure.

The Package
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
On Target Earnings: £55,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property valuations using market research, comparative analysis, and industry expertise.
• Liaise with property owners to discuss valuation findings, provide transparent advice, and secure instructions for listing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to effectively market and promote listed properties.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property regulations, and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of property valuations, instructions, and market activity using company databases and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in property valuation or estate agency roles is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market in Belper and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for property valuations and market analysis.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary with generous commission structure offering OTE of £55,000 - £60,000.
