  • £25000-30000k + Commission
Are you a Senior Negotiator and Valuer looking for the next step in your career?
This is a permanent role with a salary range of GBP25000.00 - GBP30000.00, offering a competitive package including a car allowance and commission.
  • Conduct valuations of residential properties ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000 and convert into listings. 
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processes.
  • Showcase your negotiation skills by securing new business and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve targets.
  • Be a key player in the growth and success of our team, taking pride in your role as a valued member of the team.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Negotiator and Valuer in the real estate sector, showcasing exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ideally with experience in auction services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring smooth operations and efficient property listings.
  • A passion for the real estate industry with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
