Valuation and Professional Services Surveyor - Portsmouth - 51818

We are seeking a dynamic and RICS qualified Valuation and Professional Services Surveyor to join our team in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conducting valuations for probate, pension funds, and accountants. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations for probate, pension funds, and accountants in compliance with RICS standards.
• Negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease assignments to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
• Provide expert advice on property-related matters to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• RICS qualified with a proven track record in valuation and professional services.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate and comprehensive reports.
• Proficient in using relevant valuation software and tools.

Location & Hours

• Primarily office based, with regular travel to properties. (there is potential for some flexi work by negotiation)
• Hours - 9am to 5.30 pm, 5 days a week with one hour for lunch

Renumeration

• A generous basic salary of £40 - £50,000 (DOE) is offered with a commission package allowing OTE of £60 - £65,000.
