Due to continued growth, we have a newly created Valkyrie Aftersales Special Projects Concierge role. You’ll be part of the Commercial Aftersales team where you’ll be instrumental in managing ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role will give you the chance to make a crucial difference in the business and engage with customers in a meaningful way. Your remit would be to provide an end-to-end aftersales and ownership experience for Valkyrie customers including, specifications, service, repair strategy, roadside assistance, etc. In addition, coordinate the supporting activities, such as repair manuals, special tooling, etc., and vehicle servicing, including vehicle transport and logistics therefore you must have the technical knowledge and background.

To excel in this role, you will need to be approachable, calm under pressure, tenacious and driven, very client-focused, and resilient. Your role is to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth customers.

The purpose of this role is to make a key difference to the business by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be driving the processes of servicing and maintenance in the aftermarket, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

As you’ll be working with high-net-worth and VIP end-user customers you’ll provide ultra-luxury customer service to all, embracing openness and ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and support.

The Key Requirements...

  • Experience working within an automotive dealer environment (after-sales).
  • A basic technical knowledge/understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and vehicle operation.
  • Ideally, a mixture of experience gained within OEM and Retail.
  • Dealing with high-end luxury clients
  • An appreciation of vehicle servicing/repair techniques and the feasibility of conducting repairs within differing environments.
  • IT literate – understanding of MS Office applications.
  • Extensive automotive and sales / after-sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of VIP customer service / After Sales processes
  • High level of technical understanding of hypercars
  • Full UK driving license

This is a regional-based role with an expectation to split your time at our Gaydon site with remote working dependent on client needs (at times traveling extensively at short notice). As this is a hands-on role some weekend and late evening work will be required
