Job Title: Urgent Receptionist

Duration: TEMPORARY Starting 25 March for one month

Paying: £11.44 per hour

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham B11

Hours: Monday - Friday - 08.00 - 16.00

Are you an experienced Receptionist or Customer Service professional?

Do you have an excellent telephone manner with good communication skills?

Seeking temporary work, available and able to commit?

If yes, we would love to hear from you!

Working for one of our Clients you will be:

- Meeting and greeting visitors

- Being a first point of call for customer enquiries

- Answering the telephone and transferring calls

- Taking messages

- Dealing with email correspondence

- Updating records

- Opening and distributing the post

Key Skills/Experience Required:

- Previous Receptionist/Administration experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail
