Your Role:

  • Oversee daily office tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Coordinate resident, family, and staff communication, appointments, and meetings
  • Safeguard accurate resident records, ensuring confidentiality
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless operations
  • Create a welcoming, helpful atmosphere for visitors and callers

Experience:

  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft packages and email functions
