Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual seeking a rewarding experience in education?

Academics is currently looking to recruit an Unqualified Teacher to work on a daily supply basis in secondary schools across St Helens.

You will be responsible for covering teacher absences and delivering pre-planned work to students, ensuring that you offer them support and manage the classroom behaviour.

What you will need to work as a Unqualified Teacher with Academics:

  • Previous experience supporting children and/or young adults is desirable
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Patient empathetic and supportive attitude towards students
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one
