Unqualified Teachers needed in Lincoln and the Surrounding areas

We are looking for a qualified, passionate and reliable supply staff to join our team working with schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day cover to schools when full-time teachers are absent.

A formal Teaching qualification is not required but experience with young people is essential.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supply teacher / Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent ability to communicate with both staff and students
  • Flexibility, reliability and a calm approach to work
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to understand and follow school policies and procedures around safeguarding
