Job Description:

Are you passionate about English language and literature? We're seeking dedicated individuals with a love for English to join us as an Unqualified English Teacher in a temporary capacity. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about English but may not have formal Teaching Qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Step in to cover English classes when regular Teachers are unavailable.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for Students.
  • Implement lesson plans provided by the school.
  • Assist Students with their assignments and provide guidance as needed.
  • Maintain classroom order and ensure a respectful learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
  • Capacity to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Desire to support student learning and development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different classroom situations.
