People management duties will include; Leading and supporting across the operational teams with coaching, mentoring, delegation of work loads, one to ones and identifying training needs where necessary - coupled with the Technical side you will have a good knowledge of Underwriting operations, regulations and processes ideally across the Lloyd's market - always looking to improve processes where possible and developing relationships throughout the business!
