Job requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients.
• Handle enquiries and complex queries related to underwriting and completions
• Assess mortgage applications and process Certificate of Titles in accordance with bank policies.
• Manage releases of retentions, re-releases, and Further Advances.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements.
• Participate in personal development activities.
• Liaise with solicitors and brokers on complex legal and underwriting matters.
• Maintain the company’s compliance standards.

Job skills

• Knowledge of the mortgage product life cycle
• Attention to detail
• Able show initiative or part of a team
• Good time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations such as the Data Protection Act, MCOBS & MMR
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Highly organised and an effective communicator.
