Underwriting Admin Support

Join a leading provider of insurance solutions as an Underwriting Admin Support. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist our Underwriting Team with various administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our underwriting processes.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and claims in our systems.
  • Prepare and review policy documents, ensuring they comply with company guidelines.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to address queries and provide timely responses.
  • Organize and manage underwriting files for proper documentation and accessibility.
  • Assist underwriters in risk assessment, pricing, and policy issuance.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Underwriting Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry and document management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
