Our client is seeking an Ultrasound Sales Specialist to play a crucial role in the success and growth of their veterinary product portfolio. The role

As an Ultrasound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales and rental process of new, used and refurbished ultrasound assets across, predominantly, the veterinary UK market, including the demonstration of their capabilities to potential customers. With your technical knowledge and expertise in the veterinary environment and understanding of procurement structures, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships and business opportunities across UK accounts.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Operating as a primary point of contact
  • Making system recommendations to fulfil client needs
  • Providing effective customer training, pre-and post-sales delivery, and applications
  • Identifying key contacts and stakeholders
  • Producing accurate forecasts for sales within the market
  • Managing and attending relevant exhibitions, trade events and educational courses

The requirements

The ideal candidate will be from a commercial or clinical veterinary background:

  • Commercial mindset with at least 1 year of experience working in a similar sales role
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Clinical knowledge of modalities and their applications
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and able to liaise with a diverse customer base
  • Able to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Quick to adapt and manage change within the workplace
  • Highly developed written, presentations and report writing skills
  • Able to manage expectations and tensions, including having challenging conversations
  • Flexible and willing to travel


This role is home/remote based with the requirement for regular national travel as necessary.
