UK Immigration Consultant

We are partnering with a leading international global services provider, who are looking for an experienced UK Immigration Consultant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of UK immigration policies and a proven track record in handling complex immigration cases, including but not limited to Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, and Scale-up visas. This role requires a deep familiarity with the policy guidance and substantial experience in managing Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support to clients on a range of UK visa applications including Global Talent, Innovator, Scale-up, and Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to all UK immigration laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing and submitting comprehensive application packages for various immigration processes, including ILR.
• Keep abreast of changes in immigration law and policy and analyse their implications for clients, conducting regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures to reflect changes in immigration law and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing bespoke immigration and visa advice based on their specific business needs and circumstances.
• Analyse business objectives and market trends to offer tailored strategic advice that aligns with clients' long-term goals.
• Conduct seminars and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on UK immigration processes and updates.
• Design and implement comprehensive immigration policies that adhere to current legislation and promote best practices.
• Develop detailed procedural documents to guide clients through each step of the immigration application process.

Role Requirements:

• Recent experience in UK immigration law, specifically with applications for Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, and Scale-up visas, as well as ILR processes.
• Accreditation by a relevant legal body (e.g., SRA, OISC) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the legal requirements, documentation, and procedures involved in UK immigration.
• Demonstrated capability to handle sensitive and complex immigration cases with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
