• Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective communication strategies
• Leading the UK communications team to deliver strategic objectives
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment of communications
• Overseeing the production of internal and external communications materials
• Managing relationships with public relations agencies
• Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels
• Reporting on the impact of communications strategies
• Staying informed about the FMCG industry and adjusting strategies as needed

Profile

A successful UK Communications Lead should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience leading a communications team
• Proven expertise in creating and implementing communications strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the FMCG sector
• Proficiency in digital and social media platforms
