Job Title: UK and European Financial Controller
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: Watford
Contract: Permanent, Full time

SKILLS REQUIRED
·ACA / ACCA Qualified
·Min 2 years of Managerial and or supervisory experience within a finance team
·Must have extensive knowledge of European and UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
·Knowledge of group accounting
·Experience in managing cross-border financial operations and multi-currency environments.
·Proficient in, Sage, ERP, Excel and financial modelling tools
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Overseeing and managing all financial activities within the UK and Europe regions
·Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the UK and Europe regions
·Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
·Ensure long term projects are accounted for
·Lead the annual budgeting process for UK and Europe
·Develop accurate forecasts to support business planning
·Monitor and manage cash flow
·Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax etc
