Availability: Full-time, 7 days a week, Evening Shifts

Turndown Attendant Responsibilities (not limited):

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms during the evening shift, ensuring a serene and inviting atmosphere through turndown service.

• Set up beds, replace used towels, replenish guest amenities, and arrange the room according to the hotel's standards.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and providing a personalised and welcoming environment.

• Work efficiently and discreetly to respect guest privacy and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to communicate any guest requests or concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements for Exorno Recruitment:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.

• Availability: Must be available for the evening shift, 7 days a week, starting as soon as possible.

• Right to Work: All applicants must possess the right to work in the UK.

• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a keen sense of guest service.
