Changing Lives Together (CLT) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Board of Trustees. As an independent charitable company, we are committed to stopping landfill waste through innovative initiatives such as our help scheme, community groceries, and retail stores. At CLT, we believe in providing dignity and self-esteem to individuals while fostering sustainability and community empowerment.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Trustee, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting the future development of CLT. We are looking for individuals with diverse life experiences and professional expertise in areas such as Business Development, Human Resources, Banking & Finance, Legal, Governance, IT, Marketing/Communications, and more. Your commitment will involve attending six Trustee meetings per year, contributing approximately 1-2 hours per week, and actively participating in our organisation's activities.

What Are We Looking For?

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, whether you're a seasoned Trustee or looking to embark on your first Trustee role. Key qualities we seek include a commitment to our organisation's objectives, strategic vision, independent judgment, creative thinking, and effective teamwork skills. Additionally, Trustees should be willing to engage in occasional project work to further support our charity's mission.
