One of my clients is currently looking for a Tax Administrator to join their tax and trusts team based in Guildford. My client is a top legal 500 regional law firm dealing with good quality work and they have a great network of clients. 

This role consists of undertaking fee earning work, handling trusts and tax advice work for private clients and to build and develop your own caseload. The general duties of this role are to prepare annual Trust Accounts, register Trusts on HMRC Trust Register, complete annual Trust and Estate Tax Returns, complete Capital Gain Tax Property (60 Day) Reports and providing advice in relation to, Trustees Duties and Obligations, Types of Trusts, Trust Assets, Inheritance Tax as applicable to Trusts and Income Tax as applicable to Trusts and Estates.

My client is looking for either a Fee Earning Paralegal, Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Someone who can work effectively under pressure and as part of a team and also manage your own caseload.
