Trim and Final Current Manufacturing Process Engineer – 39524

Rate: £30.01/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

Contract role based in Halewood, Liverpool

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will provide engineering and technical support for vehicles and production processes, ensuring the highest build quality and compliance with the Bill of Process (BOP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the introduction of engineering changes and problem-solving quality and throughput issues
  • Support future model launch/integration into Halewood
  • Optimisation of jigs and fixtures, quality data analysis and reporting of major issues
  • Deployment of failure mode avoidance tools
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in the resolution of those issues.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Automotive experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Engineering HNC or above/time served engineer
  • Degree educated – desirable
