Eames Consulting are partnered with a leading commercial bank with their search for a Treasury Project Analyst to join and help deliver to one of their key strategic projects.

Day to day, you will work closely with key stakeholders, performing critical accounting reports and providing insight to aid commercial decision making.

Duties -

  • Carry out tasks linked to the full project lifecycle
  • Perform accounting validations and reviews that present correct representation of the bank's assets, liabilities, and profit and loss
  • Ensure completion of a full audit trail for all accounting and reconciliation processes
  • Continuously identifying and highlight areas of concern
  • Assist with the delivery of change and system enhancements to internal controls within Treasury Accounting

Knowledge and experience -

  • Qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • MUST have treasury product accounting knowledge - derivatives, repos and bonds
  • Experience within a Treasury Finance OR Product Control position
  • Banking or Financial Services sector experience
  • Project life cycle knowledge
  • Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills

The post is offering a term of 6 month, on a fixed term contract basis.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working environment with 2 days in the office.
