We are delighted to be working exclusively with a wonderful and unique travel company based in West Sussex. Due to company growth, they are seeking a Tour Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Tour Coordinator you will be delivering each tour through the full cycle from confirmation to post-tour feedback, whilst giving the best service at every stage.

Previous experience is not essential but you will have a passion for travel and the willingness to learn.

The role:

  • Providing perfect service at every step from confirmation of the tour to receiving post-tour feedback
  • Creating all necessary and precise documentation for the journey, such as itineraries, travel packages, and invoices
  • Handling all questions and queries and liaising with all parties involved in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal and external suppliers

You will have:

  • A passion for the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Willingness to go above and beyond every time
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
