Role: Travel Consultant
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: Up to £23,000 DOE (+ uncapped bonus)

Pertemps are recruiting Travel Consultants to work with their Edinburgh based client. The role will involve providing first class customer service whilst managing the process from start to finish and will suit someone from a retail travel background.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing orders
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectly with potential clients
  • Multiple channel management (live chat, social media, phone and face to face)

About You:
  • Experience working in a retail travel environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-tast
  • Confidence
  • Determination
  • Ability to work in an ever changing environment
