JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive business growth.
• Work with your team on their own Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are seeking candidates that have previous experience as a Travel Agency Manager or Assistant Manager, looking for a new challenge and a company they can develop with. Even if you have been out of the Travel Industry for some time, that is no problem, our client is happy to help you get up to speed again! THE PACKAGE:
