• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, overseeing 100+ customer accounts.
• Efficiently arrange and oversee multiple shipments on a daily basis.
• Provide support with various operational queries and tasks as required.
• Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls and emails.
• Skillfully manage queries from customers, subcontractors, and agents.
• Process customer orders, input data into planning systems, and coordinate jobs with drivers and subcontractors.
• Keep customers informed about job status and progress.
• Skillfully manage and update various third-party systems and portals, including arranging collections, deliveries, ferry crossings, tolls, customs clearance, and various permits and licenses.
• Maintain and manage various documents and paperwork to ensure compliance with company criteria.
