A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining compliance for all drivers/vehicles
  • Liaising with the transport team
  • Speaking with the workshop regarding vehicle maintenance
  • Overseeing fleet of 25
  • Auditing of the transport division
  • Ensuring smooth operation
  • Adhering to Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Transport Manager experience
  • CPC holder
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good problem solver
  • IT literate
  • Proven leadership skills

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 6.30pm (flexible to start earlier) depending on business demand
