Transport Administrator – Doncaster – Temp to Perm

CVA are seeking a Transport Administrator to join the team at their site based in Doncaster.

Duties

• Supporting a busy Auction site.
• Responsible for aspects of logistics administration. Including scanning POD’s, logbooks and responding to notices/fines.
• Communicating with clients, customers, colleagues, and senior managers.
• General administration duties.
• Answering calls, emails and dealing with any queries.
• Supporting the transport/admin department
• Planning collections and deliveries.

The Person

• Good attention to detail
• Previous Transport experience is desirable
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Confident when dealing with customers over the phone and via email
• Competent with Microsoft Office

Hours & Salary

• Monday to Friday
• 9am – 5pm, 37.5 hrs
• £22,500
• Temporary to Permanent position
