  • You will have 4 Brands under this company to care for, and you will be the go-to leader, removing any impediments that will stop your tribes from thriving

You'll be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the development and implementation of transformative HR strategies across all pillars:
  • Partnering & Brand Experience
  • Talent & Triber Experience
  • Automation & Compliance
  • Performance & Analytics
  • Cost Efficiency
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR department.
  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives align seamlessly with overall organizational goals.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a thriving environment for all.
  • Leading change management efforts, ensuring a smooth transition during periods of transformation.

Are you the one?

  • You possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in transformational HR leadership.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • You're a digital native, comfortable leveraging technology to optimize processes.
  • You hold a deep passion for social and environmental causes.
  • You have an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction (or in our case, Triber satisfaction).
  • You possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
