Description

• Supervise transactional processes within the Accounting and Finance department.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve set objectives.
• Maximising collections to reduce debt
• Oversee financial reporting and forecasting.
• Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making at the management level.

Profile

A successful Transactional Supervisor should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Transactional Supervisor or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary of £27,000 - £34,000 per year, plus a £3,000 bonus objective.
