Transactional Services Manager (Finance - AP and Cash)

£45,000 - £50,000 + £5k car allowance + £2k annual bonus + 25 days holiday, pension, health-care

Based in London 1-2 days per week (and the rest working from home) and some travel to the other offices each month

We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for our multi-site International IT client, who are currently growing their London Office, and seek a new member of their finance team. This role would ideally suit candidates who are Qualified by Experience, with a strong process background, including previous hands-on Accounts Payable experience as this role will be overseeing the current AP team of 2, and 2 in Cash allocations.

The successful Transactional Services Manager position will be responsible for:

- Overseeing Accounts Payable (2), as well as Cash allocations and Expenses (covering all of UK and Europe)

- Reviewing processes, and implementing process improvement and new ways of working where needed

- Performing 1-2-1's and quarterly reviews for the transactional finance teams

- Hands-on Accounts Payable processing and taking any escalated issues from the AP teams

- Supplier Statement Reconciliations

- Month-end forecasting

- Designing process improvements wherever needed

The ideal Transactional Services Manager is likely to have the following profile:

- Recent and previous transactional services/finance experience

- A strong collaborative nature and engaging personality

- A strong focus on process improvement for all areas (AP, Cash, Expenses)

- Up for a challenge and not afraid to suggest new ways of working

- Be hands on and able to process invoices and support the team
