Job Title: Transactional Finance Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (plus excellent benefits including performance bonus)
About the business: A dynamic and growing organisation that are seeking an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This role will focus on managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

Responsibilities:


* Supervise and Lead: Currently supervising a transactional finance team (either AP/AR).
* AP Management: Oversee AP processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
* AR Management: Handle customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.
* Month-End Close: Responsible for monthly close of AP and AR, including related general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve accounting and finance operational processes and practices.
* Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Serve internal and external customer's needs related to AP and AR transactions.

Requirements:


* Minimum 5 years of transactional finance experience in medium to large organisations.
* Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes.
* Experience with accounting software and ERP systems and Strong Excel.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage and motivate a team.
